I’m flattered to have joined the august band of official contributors at Smallville.com.au, a community dedicated to helping the approximately 2,000,000 small businesses in Australia. While I’ll be writing with small business in mind, many of the lessons from my near 30 years in IT will apply to organisations regardless of their size, because the fundamental needs of a business don’t change with size. They’re just a matter of scale.
